Cody Hunsucker was great to work with. He set me up with Milton Fox to diagnose my issue and Milton nailed it within 30 seconds! Greg Craft, as always, was there to help and set me up with a loaner while my truck is in the shop.

Cody went above and beyond to take care of me. Got me a loaner car to drive while they took care of the windshield. Cody is what the name of customer service. The dealer principal needs to tell him thanks for a job well done. People like him are hard to come by and he needs to know what a good job he does. Thank you Cody for great service and a job well done!

I was having Electrical problems, had to jump start it for a week while out of town in Atlanta. I could of found a Ford Dealer while there but have Trusted Marshall Mize Ford since I moved to Tennessee. They were able to get Me scheduled for an 8:30 am drop-off the next day. If I had gone somewhere else I would have worried about getting hit for a Battery and alternator and a bunch of unnecessary diagnostic test, They Tested the Battery and found that was All I Needed. As Always Great Service from the intake person at drop off to the Cody keeping Me informed on updates throughout the day. Thank You Marshall Mize Ford.

Courteous, friendly service. Cody in the Service Dept got me in and out in a timely manner. Sebastian Gray was our salesman. He is top notch. I called him early in the day and told him what I was looking for. He had my choices narrowed down by the time I got to the dealership and saved me lots of time. He went above and beyond what I've experienced at other dealerships.
