Good Service, Quick turn around, Knowledgeable, Professional Staff. I'll continue to have all my service needs completed Marshal Mize Ford.

The entire experience was 5 Star! From my initial phone conversation with Eric to the "deliver at the door" service was great. Eric was very helpful, professional and friendly. He kept me informed during the process. Once I was ready to go, a very nice young man went and brought my truck outside the bay instead of me having to walk the parking lot. I had come to Marshall Mize for 2 airbag recalls and some other work. The technician checked my truck, found out no additional work was needed and I was not even charged for labor. Yes - Very Pleased with the entire process. Thx to everyone - sorry I did not get the gentleman's name that brought my truck around. I don't have my paperwork with me, but big thanks also to the technician.

Eric the service advisor is great. My problem is with Ford itself not Marshal Mize. Ford needs to take care of the problems with the truck and not a quick fix. These trucks are too much money for this.
