Appointment process was easy (called in), brought the vehicle in, turned it over to Greg and within minutes was in a shuttle van back to the house. Greg called late afternoon to ask if I was picking the car up that night or next day (still had work to accomplish). When I replied the next morning, as soon as the Cashier was open, he replied the vehicle would be ready for me. It was. All good.
