I was shopping for a used car and visited Marshal Mize to look at a vehicle they had on their lot. After the initial visit, I went back to test drive it again. Although I didn't make a purchase (weird interior color I just couldn't talk myself into), I wanted to give a shout out to Jonas Rubright, the sales person who helped me. All my interactions with Jonas were pleasant. I would absolutely consider doing business with him again.
Drove from Maryville because they had the used car we were looking for. Called Jonas who quickly provided a video tour of the vehicle and a proposed sale price further discounted from what was advertised. He wasn’t able to be there when we visited, but he planned for a coworker to help. He was responsive to questions, not high pressure, and his goal was to have satisfied customers. We’ll definitely contact him again when we need another car!
Salesman, Jonas was excellent. He put no pressure on me and was able to hold the truck until I arrived from out of state. The deal was on of the easiest in my experience.
