Let me begin by saying that my wife and I were very impressed with how professional the staff was at Marshal Mize Ford, in our most recent visit. What started with a potential return of a lease, ended up in a purchase of the vehicle. After we were presented with all the options, as to the best possible arrangement for us, Sebastian made certain we made a decision that suited us best. Initially we were under the impression that we really couldn’t do much but turn the vehicle in and lease or buy another. While we were going over these options, he had his team reviewing other plans, such as warranty and terms being investigated, so our time wasn’t monopolized. He also pointed out that with the remaining warranty we still had, it was best to have the vehicle looked over for the couple items we had concerns about. While they were handling the paperwork, we were again very impressed with the service team, specifically Eric, in his understanding of our situation. Without having an appointment and the limited mileage remaining on our warranty, Eric saw to it that we would have the service conducted within the terms of the warranty. Once the service was scheduled, the paperwork was ready to sign and before you knew it, we were on our way. My wife and I usually feel a bit intimidated attributed to previous experiences at other dealerships, especially because of our return on a lease really doesn’t seem like we have any advantage. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. All questions were answered with detailed responses coupled with potential outcomes, if we were to proceed in each scenario. This made it such we were more confident in our plan to move forward. And all of it was completed the day before Thanksgiving. We easily could’ve been dismissed and told it was best to come back after the holiday. Thanks to all at Marshal Mize Ford.
